Certificates
Typically, course certificates are posted 3-4 weeks after course completion. Certificates require that the exam at the end of material be passed with 75% grade or better.

Requesting an in house training course
In general, four working weeks advance notice will be required when requesting a special course. If a customised training program is required, additional notice may be required. In such cases, scheduling will be by negotiation.
In the case of scheduling conflicts every effort will be made to reach a mutually suitable arrangement. Scheduling conflicts will be resolved at the discretion of the Training Manager, in consultation with those staff involved.
A Course Registration Form must be completed and submitted before a special course can be scheduled. A copy is included at the back of this document.

Course Costs
A quotation must be sought, from the Training Manager in the relevant country, for special courses. As a general guide, the RRP for training is NZ$500.00 per person per day for courses in New Zealand and AUD$500.00 per person per day for courses in Australia.

Costs include course instruction, hands-on labs (where applicable), and provision of networking equipment. Lunch, tea/coffee/water facilities are also provided, along with a complimentary Allied Telesis shirt/jacket (where applicable) and certificates.

Unless by special arrangement, course costs do not include parking, travel, accommodation, or other personal costs.

Under certain circumstances, this price may vary. The following factors may have an influence on the final quoted price:

  • Number of attendees
  • Course location
  • Course duration
