Allied Telesis offer a number of warranty packages depending on product type. Warranty ranges include: one, three, five year and limited lifetime. During the first year the customer can take advantage of the enhanced warranty benefits provided by Net.Cover. If the product continues with a Net.Cover contract, the warranty conditions will be replaced for the duration of the contract. After the Net.Cover contract coverage has expired, the product will return to the standard warranty conditions, if applicable.

Allied Telesis Warranties:
Allied Telesis warrants solely to the end user purchaser (Purchaser) that the Allied Telesis hardware product(s) (Product) purchased from Allied Telesis or its authorized distributors will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period as indicated below according to the product range. Lifetime of the Product means the longer period of either (a) two (2) years from the date Allied Telesis ceases listing the Product on its then-current price list or (b) five (5) years from the date the Purchaser buys such Product; provided, however, that the fan and power supply components thereof will be warranted only for a period of twenty four (24) months or five (5) years from the date the Purchaser buys such Product.
